Instruction for Paper Presentations

Oral Presentation:

• Lengthy of Oral presentation: 10-15 minutes with Q&A of 5-10 minutes
  
• Each speaker is required to meet the Chairs of his/her session in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts. Presenters are required to copy PPT (PDF) file to the main operating computer.
  
• The room of each session is equipped with a projector and a PC that has Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft PowerPoint. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with the operation system and Microsoft Office 2003, or backup with the PDF format.
  
• If Demo is included, please make sure that it is in video format: wmv, mov (QuickTime), or avi.

Poster Presentation: Those who cannot come to present at the conference, will present their papers in the Poster format at the conference. Please send the PPT Presentation (or convert to PDF Presentation) to iaspkaas@gmail.com.
