Publishing Fee: IEEE Proceedings (EI Index)--$400/per paper;

Participation Fee: $80/person (At least, one registration fee should be paid by per paper)

Notice: the registration fees include two parts of publishing fee and participation fee, this to say, at least, one participation fee should be paid by per accepted paper.
